Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 to 30 days of delivery, depending on the product category. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in original condition, unused and unaltered

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)

Please Note: Certain items may have different return periods or may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. opened earbuds, software with activated licenses, etc.).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] or use the Return Request Form on our website.

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the product with all original components.

  4. Ship It Back: Return the item using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or video proof where applicable.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software with activated licenses

  • Opened consumables (e.g., printer ink, cleaning liquids)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair
