1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 to 30 days of delivery, depending on the product category. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in original condition, unused and unaltered
Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
Please Note: Certain items may have different return periods or may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. opened earbuds, software with activated licenses, etc.).
Wait for Instructions: Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Package the Item: Securely pack the product with all original components.
Ship It Back: Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
Important: Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or video proof where applicable.

Items marked as Final Sale
